Gel bead packs are an innovative technology based product to help relieve pain and swelling with hot or cold therapy in one handy reusable pack. Whether chilled or heated they will hold their temperature for the medically advised time of 20 minutes. Gel Packs are flexible even when frozen and mould to the body contour being treated, delivering localised relief from aches and pain. Simply place the pack in a microwave for approximately 20 seconds or a freezer for two hours and the FDA approved inert gel beads will absorb heat or cold as required.
